IINet have won the court case brought against them by AFACT about internet piracy. Although there will most likely be an appeal by AFACT, it is a major win.

Till the film industry pressures the government to expand the scope of their "filter" so it actually filters something. Probably won't happen though, pretty fail with deep packet inspection.
